Appearance: Golden with a light hop haze

Malt: Pilsner, Chit, Oats, Wheat (all organic from Voyager)

Hops: Beedelup, Azure, Harlequin, Nelson Sauvin (SZHK)

Yeast: Kviek Voss

Tropical, with hints of passionfruit & guava from the Nelson hops, boosted by the Harlequin’s peach & pineapple flavour. A punchy, hoppy character & bitterness make it very unique.

Playing with portions of our main batches means we can experiment with new products, hops, yeasts & flavours. In this beer, we have new-world UK hop - Harlequin and Freestyle's awesome Nelson Sauvin SubZero HopKief.
