Smokehouse offering
On Fridays & Saturdays, you can now load up on tasty BBQ offerings like brisket, pork shoulder & sausages, plus sides of corn ribs, coleslaw & beans.
On Fridays from 5pm-8pm & Saturdays from 12pm-2pm & 5pm-8.30pm, our kitchen serves up limited feast plates that you can order to feed one, two or four people, plus buckets of buffalo wings.
These dishes sell out quick, so get in early.

Every week, we will release a limited number of special cuts for our Friday & Saturday smokehouse.

Orders open each Tuesday & close on Friday at 12pm.
Dinosaur cuts
Each week, we head to the butcher to source the most insanely delicious meat selection for our special dinosaur cuts.
This is premium 1.2kg - 1.5kg cuts, designed to feed 3-4 people. All cuts are served with beef fat potato pavé, charred broccolini, anchovy pangrattato, black garlic jus, & chimichurri on the side.
The only way to experience these cuts is via pre-order. But get in quick, pre-orders close on Thursday morning & there's very limited numbers available.
NB dinosaur cuts only available on Friday & Saturday evenings & long weekend Sundays.
Orders open each Sunday & close on Wednesday.
Sam’s Sourdough Bagels
Try Sam’s famous organic sourdough bagels, with several smear options & daily specials like smoked pesto chicken & truffle salami, along with fresh coffee.
Takeaway to eat at home, or pull up a chair at our front tables or inside area & soak up the Three Tails vibes.
Open from Thursday to Sunday, 6am - 12pm.
