We’re looking for a full-time Senior Bar Person to oversee our unique offering at Three Tails Brewery.

The role

You will be responsible for overseeing several aspects of bar operations, ensuring things run smoothly, from stock & service, to the open & closing of the venue. The role will be roughly 35 hours per week.

Hours are as follows:

• Wednesday: 1pm - 9pm

• Thursday: 3.30pm - 9pm

• Friday: 11.30am - 7.30pm

• Saturday: 11.30am - 10pm

• Sunday: 11.30am - 3pm

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising bar staff & ensuring procedures are followed

• Ensuring stock levels are adequate

• Managing storage & movement of bar stock

• Delivery of products, as required

• Takes initiative across all responsibilities

• Has solid customer service/hospitality experience & ready to step up in their role with more hours/responsibility

• Available for weekends & public holidays as necessary
