We’re hiring a range of kitchen staff for our brand new smokehouse kitchen at Three Tails Brewery. We’re looking for people with relevant experience in hospitality & kitchen environments, who can jump into a busy setting & work together as a team to create an awesome food experience for our customers.

Ideal applicants will have:

• Carvery or smokehouse experience (highly valued)

• Solid kitchen knowledge & food safety practices

• The ability to work efficiently in a busy service environment

• A team-first attitude

• Pride in producing consistent, high-quality food
