Brewer’s notes

A traditional dark German lager, Schwarzbier translates to “black beer.” A dark opaque colour, smooth-roasted malt flavours & a clean, crisp finish.

Expect slight malty notes on the nose, with hints of roast malt, dark chocolate & coffee. The flavour is bready & grainy, with subtle hints of caramel, cocoa & coffee. The spicy bitterness from the German hops balances the malt flavour.
