Brewer’s Notes

This is #12 from our micro batch, taking our not-yet-released WCIPA brew & adding dextrose to boost the ABV, plus a massive addition of hops & a little dry-hopping for good measure.

Thanks to the hop saturation bringing a hazy IPA vibe to the aroma & flavour, it’s a hop explosion, but still with the clean, bitter beer base we love from the clear IPA family.
