Hops: Allora, Nectaron, Citiva & Victoria

Yeast: Pomona IPA

Brewer’s notes

The twin release to our Mavericks West Coast Pils. Hoppy proportions, laid on a thick, pillowy foundation of flaked oats & wheat, hopped with Nectaron, Citiva & Victoria, deliver a wave of passionfruit, peach & sharp pineapple bite.

This beer has one of the most unique flavours & aromas I’ve ever made. Red berries on the nose transform on the tongue into mangoes, fleshy peaches & almost any tropical fruit you can imagine. Lightly hazy & soft, yet fresh from the biting citrus & pineapple. 

Pomona yeast biotransforms the flavours of the hops into the deliciousness in the glass. Lightly hazy, but still super drinkable. Endlessly fun.
