Brewer’s notes

A twin release to our Hazy IPA, Joshua Tree. Inspired by the famous Californian surf break Mavericks, this is a collision of crisp lager & big west coast hoppy IPA. Expect a big punchy pine, passionfruit & pineapple palate, with a dry & bitter finish. 

“Structured” is the term I’d use to describe this beer - everything is constructed to make a whole greater than its parts. Aggressive Australian hops provide the pine, citrus & tropical notes, while the Mosaic gives the American hoppiness everyone expects. Unique, yet familiar hop choices, paired with a higher ABV & a very dry body produce a beer that’s a lovely showcase of hops & Voyager’s organic malts.
