Brewer’s Notes

This beer marks #10 of the fun in our Micro Unitanks. For this delicious brew, we pushed the ABV up on our Italian Pilsner, using a mega clean Norweigian yeast & a generous addition of lemon aspen. This beer has fascinating flavours, with the lemon aspen fruit powder giving a lemon sherbet character & haze.

Meanwhile, the Norweigan yeast gives pseudo-lager vibes, while the distinct Adriatic Coastal malt gives another element of complexity. A whole lot of fun all round!
